If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us via email within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Approved cancellations may incur a 5% payment processing fee.

Don't worry! This simply means we have successfully received your payment and your order is currently in our queue, waiting to be packed and shipped by our warehouse team. The status will automatically change to "Fulfilled" or "Shipped" once your package is handed over to the courier.

Once your order is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can easily monitor your shipment’s status using that link. Please check your Spam/Promotions folder if you cannot find the email.

If the tracking shows a failed delivery attempt ("Notice Left") or says "Delivered" but you do not have the package, please contact your local courier/post office immediately. Since the package is already in your local area, they will have direct access to the local delivery driver to assist you. Sacred Deer Merch is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery or held at local post offices due to recipient unavailability.

If your destination country is not available during checkout, please contact us at info@sacreddeermerch.com. We will check with our shipping partners and try our best to accommodate your location manually.

Pre-orders are items available for purchase ahead of production. The estimated shipping timeframe is stated on the product page. Please note: All items in an order ship together. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire package will be held until the pre-order item is ready. If you want your ready-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.

We use high-quality apparel blanks, and specific garment brands/materials are noted in each product's description. T-shirt sizes use a "Body Length x Chest Width (laid flat)" formula. Please refer to the specific Size Chart on the product page. Note that actual dimensions may vary slightly (1-2 cm tolerance) due to the manufacturing process, and certain soft-style brands may run slightly slimmer than heavyweight standards.

We make every effort to display our product colors accurately. However, due to differences in monitor calibrations and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Vinyl colors can vary. Most product pages display a digital mockup. Due to the actual manufacturing process (especially with splatter or marbled effects), the color mixing is random. Each record is unique, and minor variations in color or pattern are normal and not considered defects.

Skipping is often related to your turntable's setup rather than the record. Please try adjusting your tone arm's tracking weight first. For noisy records, try cleaning it with an anti-static brush prior to playing. If the problem persists, reach out to us with a video description of the problem.

We take extra care in packaging our hats. All hats are packed using structural support inserts and protective packaging to ensure the shape (especially the crown) remains intact and safe from creases during transit. If you order a hat alongside apparel, we will pack them together securely using the apparel to safely cushion and protect the hat’s structure.
