Refund & Return Policy
* **Mandatory Unboxing Video:** To protect both parties, all claims for
missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be accompanied by a clear,
continuous, and unedited unboxing video (from the unopened sealed
packaging until the items are inspected). No video, no refund/exchange.
* **Time Limit:** All return or exchange requests must be initiated
within 3 days of the delivery date.
* **Eligible Conditions (Apparel):** Items must be in their original
condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their
original packaging. We will strictly reject returns for items that show
signs of being washed or worn.
* **Audio Media & Printed Items:** Vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes are
only eligible for return if they are unopened, unplayed, and still
sealed in their original shrink wrap.
* **Sale & Discounted Items:** All items purchased on sale, promotion,
or clearance are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
* **Exchange Process:** To ensure you get your desired item/size before
it runs out of stock, we do not perform direct manual exchanges.
Instead, please request a return/refund for your original item, and
place a new order on our website for the correct item/size.
* **Return Shipping Cost:** The customer is responsible for paying their
own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are
non-refundable.
