Shipping Policy

* **Processing Time:** Orders for ready-stock items are typically
processed within 3 to 5 business days (weekends and public holidays are
not included).
* **Address Accuracy:** Orders will only ship to the official address
entered in the "Ship To" section during checkout. We do not read or
accommodate address changes written in the "Notes" section or via
external chat/DMs.
* **Domestic Shipping (Indonesia):** We ship domestically using JNE.
Delivery times and rates depend on the JNE service option selected at
checkout.
* **International Shipping (Global):** All international orders are
shipped from our warehouse via International Registered Airmail / EMS.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via
email to monitor your shipment. Upon arrival in your destination
country, your local national postal carrier (e.g., USPS for USA, Royal
Mail for UK, SingPost for Singapore, etc.) will handle the final
delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and
local customs clearance.
* **Customs, Duties, & Taxes:** International customers are solely
responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local
taxes imposed by their destination country. If you refuse a package due
to customs fees, the shipping cost is non-refundable, and you must cover
the cost of returning the package to us.
* **Return to Sender (RTS):** If a package is returned to us because of
an incorrect/incomplete address, or because the recipient was
unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the customer must pay
additional shipping fees to re-send the package. Original shipping fees
are non-refundable.
