HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Allow us additional time for transit (particularly for Pre-Order item) and tracking updates (particularly for International Shipping). We are working hard to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible.
- Item will not be shipped until payment is received in full. Orders may be edited or cancelled only before the item is ships.
- The majority of our in-stock orders will be processed within a couple business days. Some orders may experience slightly longer than normal processing times. Once your order has shipped, we will automatically notify you via email (for International Order) and via WhatsApp text (for Indonesia Order).
- All International Order are being shipped with Pos Indonesia and domestic deliveries are being shipped with JNE expedition.
- Please NOTE than any deliveries are not sent during holiday seasons and weekends – processing orders may take additional time beyond the 1-3 business days window.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES & TAX
- Any shipping to an address outside Indonesia, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs or duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other Authority upon any package we send to you.
- The amount of your tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking number once your International/Domestic order has been shipped from our warehouse. Normally, between 2-3 days for International and 2 days for Domestic. If you haven’t received it within 3 days after your order has shipped, please contact us directly. You can also can review your order status by clicking the “ORDERS TRACKING” link at the menu of this page and enter your order number.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
- Pre-Orders are orders taken prior to the official release pf an album or product. The schedule release date of your items normally takes 3-4 weeks. However, if we experience delays, the product release date may change due to unexpected changes in production, warehouse operation, or other issues beyond our control. The schedule release dates are only estimated time-frames and not exact dates until the product is being closed to being released. So PLEASE be aware that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- We only accept PayPal and Bank Transfer at this time. Please NOTE than we don’t have any e-commerce and all prices listed in our store are in US dollars.
HOW TO CHANGE AN ADDRESS OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, make address edits or add/remove items any orders because once you have submitted your order we begin processing your order immediately (unless they are a Pre-Order item).
CAN I STILL ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK/SOLD OUT?
- Everything that is available for purchase is listed on the website. If an item doesn’t come up in the shop or a search or marked with “SOLD OUT” mark, it is currently unavailable.
I HAVE ORDERED PRE-ORDER ITEM BUT WITH OTHER ITEMS, BUT WHY THE NON PRE-ORDER ITEMS HAVEN’T SHIPPED YET?
- All orders including Pre-Order items ship when the Pre-Order item is ready. If you would like the other parts of your order sooner, please place separate orders.
